1. Booking confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the tickets are nominative, you will always receive a form to complete your personal details via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes after booking in order to issue the tickets correctly.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
- Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings.
- Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
When the tickets are available, you will receive them by email and, additionally, we may send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. Furthermore, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with on-site ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide to the customer.
- Delivery takes place at the meeting point, on the day and time of the visit.
- The customer must go to the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or on-site delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is the ticket to enter Casa Batlló included in my purchase?
Yes, your tickets are included in all our Casa Batlló tours.
What should I do if I have booked a GUIDED TOUR?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive the information, time, and meeting point for your guided tour. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to enjoy the visit without any issues.
What should I do if I booked tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE?
When you purchase tickets with an audio guide for Casa Batlló, you will receive two emails. The first is the purchase confirmation; the second contains a link with instructions to access your private area, where you will find both your tickets and the audio guide.
What documentation do I need to access the monument?
Casa Batlló tickets are nominative, so you must bring your original ID, equivalent document, or passport along with your ticket. Photos on your phone or printed/digital copies are not accepted.
Can I bring my tickets in digital format?
Yes, digital tickets are valid; you only need to show them at the entrance.
Do children need tickets to access Casa Batlló?
Yes, even children need their own ticket, as these are nominative.
Can I change or cancel my Casa Batlló tickets?
No, ticket changes or cancellations are not possible. Once the purchase is completed, it is not possible to modify any details, whether the name, date, or time of the visit. Ticket cancellations are not allowed and refunds are not possible.
These conditions are specified during the purchase process on our website and are expressly accepted in our cancellation policy.
No exceptions are considered, whether due to illness, COVID-19, work reasons, or travel cancellation, as established by the provider.
Once the ticket purchase is completed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
The only exception is the closure of the monument due to force majeure without prior notice. In such a case, the refund will be issued in full and automatically using the same payment method.
Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
No, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Article 103, which outlines exceptions to the right of withdrawal, states that it does not apply to: (l) the provision of services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument?
Eating is not allowed inside the rooms of Casa Batlló, but there is a café on the Dragon Rooftop where you can have a drink.
Is there a luggage storage service at the monument?
There is no luggage storage service at the monument, so we recommend bringing only a small bag. Suitcases, backpacks, or large items are not allowed. Baby strollers are not permitted; however, in this case, they can be stored at the monument, and a baby carrier will be provided for your visit.
Is the visit canceled in case of rain?
The visit is not canceled in case of rain.
What happens if the monument closes?
If the monument must close due to force majeure and this is not communicated in time to suspend ticket sales, you will be offered the possibility to reschedule your visit, and if that is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Are pets allowed inside the monument?
Yes, Casa Batlló allows pets with prior authorization from staff and under the full responsibility of the owner.
